• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• An exclusion order or notification received from a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements mandating closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant, and inactive account management fees may apply as disclosed in the cashier section.

Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
